How You Can Help DCP
Dementia Care Partnership provides various services to our service users throughout Newcastle and surrounding areas; from befriending and just having someone to keep you company, to 24 hour supported living and day services.
All of this may not seem very special but to families and carers it can be vital support, allowing them to have time to themselves knowing their loved one is in safe hands.
You can help us to maintain these services and look for new areas of support for our service users and their carers/families through a number of methods:
